1. Go take a photo of the sticker on your router showing the brand name and model #.  Save it as a favorite on your phone, because we’ll ask for it during our meeting.
2. Download the Zoom Workplace application on your laptop or computer.
3. Join the Zoom at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, preferably from a laptop or computer.
4. Ensure you join the meeting while connected to the Wi-Fi network you want to filter.
5. Go check your email now to be sure you have the Zoom meeting link and appointment details.  If you do not see it, check your spam folder or tap to text us at 918-552-1176
6. If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible by submitting a help ticket or texting us at 918-552-1176
